We will meet at the flagpole on the LSU levee (Corner of Stadium St and River Rd) on March 27, 2010 at 8:45am for skill work and 9:00am for a WOD.
Remember, we will be outside. So, wear appropriate clothing. If rain is in the forecast, we will post an alternative location the night before. If you're hoping to take part please contact us . Hope to see you there!

- I am a full-time Baton Rouge firefighter, EMT, CrossFit Certified Trainer, and a part-owner of Redstick CrossFit. My wife, Erin, is a full-time middle school teacher, with a BS in Psychology. She also holds a CrossFit Nutrition certification, and is part owner of Red Stick CrossFit. We have been married for 6 years and have 2 beautiful daughters and a baby on the way.
